We are proud to introduce our recently renovated “Caroline Bay Tea Rooms.” A historical feature in Timaru, we have upgraded the facility to make it a premium and magical venue for your function or wedding. With a fully licensed bar, kitchen facilities and seating for up to 300, your function or reception is fully covered. The unique location allows you to literally walk out the door into one of Timaru’s most popular and varied photographic environments - the bay itself.

Location

Access by foot: You can walk from the Bay Hill or Virtue Ave

Entrance by car: You can park at Caroline bay from Virtue Ave
From State Highway 1 (Evans Street) Turn North onto Te Weka Street, Then East onto Virtue Ave. Follow the road under the rail bridge, past the skate park, past the Caroline Bay Hall and you will see the Tea Rooms, car parking is off to the side next to the sounds shell.
